Job Description
Position: Data Entry & Office Supervisor
We are looking for a responsible and organized Supervisor who can handle data entry, record maintenance, documentation, and day-to-day office work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily data entry and updating records
- Maintaining files, documents, and company records
- Preparing and maintaining reports and spreadsheets
- Monitoring day-to-day office/administrative work
- Checking data for accuracy and correcting errors
- Coordinating with staff and ensuring work is completed on time
- Maintaining proper records of daily activities and work status
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Good typing and data entry skills
- Ability to maintain records and documentation properly
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
- Previous experience in data entry/office supervision will be preferred
