• ✅ Key ResponsibilitiesAttend showroom walk-in customers professionally.
• Handle customer inquiries via Phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and Email.
• Manage and follow up on IndiaMART and TradeIndia inquiries.
• Prepare quotations using Microsoft Excel and send them to clients.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain customer records and provide after-sales support.
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for timely order execution.
• Assist in exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing activities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and build long-term customer relationships.
• ✅ RequirementsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp, Internet).
• Smart personality with good customer handling skills.
• Sales experience is preferred (Freshers with a positive attitude may also apply).
