Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to existing and potential B2B customers.
- Maintain regular communication with dealers, distributors, retailers, manufacturers, and industrial clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about bearings and related products.
- Generate leads, conduct regular follow-ups, and convert leads into potential business opportunities.
- Update daily calls, customer responses, requirements, and follow-up details in the CRM system.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending quotations, orders, and payments.
- Share qualified leads and customer requirements with the sales team.
- Reconnect with lost or inactive customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain daily and weekly calling, follow-up, and customer activity reports.
- RequirementsExcellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Previous experience in B2B calling, telecalling, or CRM management is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM software, WhatsApp, and Email.
- Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Confident, target-oriented, and professional approach.
- Experience in bearings, industrial products, or a similar B2B industry will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
