Job Purpose :

To drive insurance business through bank branches by building strong relationships with bank staff and customers, generating leads, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate insurance leads through assigned bank branches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Branch Managers, Relationship Managers and bank staff.
• Conduct customer meetings and understand their insurance requirements.
• Recommend suitable Life/General Insurance products based on customer needs.
• Achieve monthly sales and premium targets.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into successful policies.
• Conduct product presentations and customer awareness activities.
• Maintain regular coordination with bank employees for lead generation and business development.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and daily activity updates.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and support post-sales service when required.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–4 years of experience in Bancassurance, Life Insurance, General Insurance, Banking Sales or BFSI sales.
• Candidates with experience in branch banking or insurance sales will be preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with field/customer interaction.
• Good knowledge of local market and customer base.
