Job Summary:
IdeaNest Global Ventures is looking for enthusiastic, result-oriented, and target-driven Business Development Associates (BDAs) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with startup founders, entrepreneurs, business owners, and company directors to understand their business needs and provide suitable consulting solutions.
The role involves educating clients about business growth opportunities, government schemes, registrations, certifications, funding support, and compliance solutions. The candidate will play a key role in building client relationships, generating business opportunities, and helping companies achieve their growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with startup founders, entrepreneurs, business owners, and company directors through calls, online meetings, and business consultations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate business solutions based on their growth stage and objectives.
Explain and promote services such as:
- Company Incorporation
- MSME/Udyam Registration
- Startup India Certification
- DPIIT Recognition
- Government Schemes and Grants
- Funding Support Programs
- Business Compliance Services
- Operational and Growth Support Solutions
- Build trust with prospective clients by providing accurate information and effective business guidance.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert opportunities into successful clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets, revenue goals, and conversion objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal operations, legal, and compliance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track client interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Stay updated with startup ecosystem trends, government initiatives, and business support programs.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently interact with business owners, founders, and senior professionals.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for business development and sales.
- Basic understanding of startups, business registration, government schemes, and compliance services will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple client conversations and follow-up activities effectively.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a learning attitude are welcome.
