Relationship Manager - Retail
- Lead Generation & Sourcing: Proactively source leads through open market outreach, developer tie-ups, builder site visits, and cross-selling to existing bank customers. [1]
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual targets for loan origination, processing, and total disbursed volume. [1, 2, 3]
- File Processing & Documentation: Collect and review initial financial documents (KYC, ITR, bank statements, property papers) to ensure files meet underwriting standards before submission. [1, 2]
- Customer Advisory: Explain various product offerings, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms to prospective homebuyers. [1, 2]
- Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with builders, real estate agents (channel partners), and borrowers to generate referrals for repeat business. [1, 2]
- File Conversion & TAT: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from first contact to loan disbursement, ensuring minimal Turnaround Time (TAT). [1]
- Compliance & Fraud Control: Prevent fraud by conducting preliminary checks on customer profiles and ensuring all regulatory and bank policies are strictly followed.
