Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Call Handling Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their queries, and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with customers.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate team.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution.
• Follow up on pending inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Meet daily call handling and response targets.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Requirements:Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, or Tamil (any additional language is an advantage).
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM software).
• Ability to handle multiple calls and work under pressure.
• Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or call center roles (Freshers can also apply).
• Preferred Skills:Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to convince and build rapport with customers.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Professional phone etiquette.
