Job Description
Handle customer queries, concerns, and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM software and MS Excel.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Operations teams for smooth customer processing.
Manage booking forms, agreements, application forms, and customer documentation.
Share payment reminders and track customer payment schedules.
Assist customers with registration, possession, and handover processes.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and CRM reports.
Maintain records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and service requests.
Ensure accurate data entry and proper documentation management.
Support customer retention, referral, and relationship-building initiatives.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
