Retail Store Manager

We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The role requires availability during weekends, with weekly off scheduled on weekdays.

Roles & Responsibilities

 Manage day-to-day store operations smoothly

 Handle staff scheduling, supervision, and performance monitoring

 Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues

 Achieve sales targets and improve store performance

 Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards

 Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and reduce shrinkage

 Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports

 Coordinate with head office for reports, promotions, and operational updates

 Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Skills & Requirements

 Any Graduate / Relevant qualification

 Prior experience in retail operations is preferred (fresher’s with strong leadership skills may also be considered)

 Good communication and people management skills

 Basic computer knowledge (billing systems, MS Excel)
