Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Professional to join our growing real estate team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment to support our expanding sales and project teams, handle employee onboarding, and foster a productive work culture.

  • Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various real estate roles, including Sales Executives, CRM Managers, Project Engineers, and administrative staff.
  • Onboarding & Training: Conduct smooth onboarding processes for new joiners and coordinate training programs regarding our property portfolios and sales compliance.
  • Performance Management: Assist in setting up performance tracking, key performance indicators (KPIs), and incentive structures for the sales team.
  • Employee Engagement: Organize team-building activities and maintain a positive, motivating work environment.
  • HR Operations: Manage daily attendance, leave records, grievance handling, and general HR documentation.
  • Requirements Education: Graduation completed (MBA or specialization in HR is a plus).
  • Experience: experienced candidates. (Prior experience in real estate hiring is an advantage).
  • Skills: Strong communication in English, excellent interpersonal skills, and a good understanding of recruitment portals.
