Key Responsibilities
Install configure administer and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops CVAD environments
Manage Citrix Cloud DaaS deployments including resource locations machine catalogs and delivery groups
Administer Citrix NetScaler ADC including gateways load balancing SSL certificates and firmware upgrades
Perform Citrix infrastructure upgrades and migrations eg LTSR upgrades onprem to DaaS migrations
Monitor Citrix environments using Citrix Director DaaS Monitor and proactively address performance issues
Support incident problem and change management processes using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
Manage user access policies profiles and session performance to ensure optimal enduser experience
Collaborate with Windows network and security teams to maintain a stable and secure VDI environment
Maintain operational documentation runbooks and SOPs
Required Skills Qualifications
Strong handson experience as a Citrix Administrator Engineer
Expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps Desktops 7x LTSR
Experience with Citrix Cloud DaaS and NetScaler ADC
Strong knowledge of Windows Server 201620192022 and Active Directory
Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise production support
Good to Have
PowerShell scripting for Citrix administration
Experience with virtualization platforms VMware Azure AWS
Exposure to monitoring tools Grafana Splunk
Citrix certifications CCAV CCPV
