Receptionist – Hospital Front Desk
Location: Dr. Borkar’s Mother Care Maternity & Surgical Hospital, Ulwe, Navi Mumbai
Job Title:
Hospital Receptionist (Female Preferred)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to manage our hospital front desk. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle patients and visitors with empathy and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
✅ Welcome and assist patients and visitors.
✅ Register new patients and maintain patient records.
✅ Schedule and manage appointments for doctors.
✅ Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
✅ Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and hospital staff.
✅ Handle billing, payments, and issue receipts.
✅ Maintain OPD/IPD records and daily reports.
✅ Manage WhatsApp messages, emails, and follow-up calls.
✅ Ensure smooth patient flow and provide excellent customer service.
✅ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: HSC / Graduate
- Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp)
- Experience in hospital/clinic reception preferred
- Polite, punctual, and well-groomed personality
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Full-Time
