Job Description
- Identify and research potential clients within the banking and financial services sector.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline with qualified prospects.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase banking software solutions.
- Customize presentations based on client business requirements and operational needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with bank managers, regional heads, IT stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Gather market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and support sales strategies.
- Lead commercial discussions, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Address client concerns and provide effective solution-based recommendations.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities for additional software modules, services, and solution upgrades.
- Conduct regular field visits to bank branches, regional offices, and financial institutions to generate business opportunities.
- Schedule and attend face-to-face meetings with bank managers, regional managers, IT heads, and other stakeholders.
- Represent the organization at banking conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and industry events to expand professional networks and generate leads.
- Deliver live, on-site product demonstrations and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and business value.
- Manage the assigned sales territory to maximize market coverage, customer engagement, and revenue generation.
- Build strong professional relationships with regional banking officials and strategic stakeholders.
- Collect and report customer feedback, competitor insights, emerging market trends, and business opportunities.
- Perform timely follow-ups on leads generated through client visits, meetings, and events.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and ensure consistent progress throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and updates for management review.
- Achieve territory-specific sales targets and contribute to the organization's overall revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, implementation, and support, to ensure successful client onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction.
