Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating cross-functional planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality outcomes throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The day also includes defining and implementing key performance indicators to monitor testing activities, managing test execution, and facilitating defect resolution to maintain the overall quality standards of the project.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of testing frameworks and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of quality objectives with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: NeoLoad , Any other perf test tool like Jmeter /Loadrunner/k6 etc
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and lifecycle management.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies.
- Ability to define and track key quality metrics to assess testing effectiveness.
- Skilled in managing defect tracking and resolution processes.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
