What you can look forward to as Manager- Contract Specialist Trademark Licensing:

Prepare & Monitor Trademark License Agreements & Other Documents

• Draft trademark agreements and amendments.
• Draft authorization, termination and other related letters & notifications.
• Maintain product/territory matrix related to assigned trademark agreements by trademark.
• Manage signature process until completion and log of agreements.
• Track term schedules per trademark agreement including renewal periods/break points. Set up receivable accounts for new licensees.

Business planning & forecasting

• Draft and assess financial business plan for royalty income and related costs.
• Manage financial forecast for royalty income & related costs
• Monitor & analyze results to develop insights, leverage learning and make recommendations to improve licensed brand initiatives.

Measure & Control: Monitor financial performance and align reporting with Finance

• Monitor financial performance and reporting of the global licensing program
• Ensure timely reporting from licensees and invoicing of royalties.
• Ensure payments are made in a timely manner.
• Ensure Withholding Tax Certificates are received by tax department.

Your profile as a Manager- Contract Specialist Trademark Licensing:

• Extensive and proven experience in Managing licensing agreements (8-15 Yrs)
• Fluent in developing & executing Brand License Agreements. Knowledge of Trademark registration processes and procedures.
• Customer-centric attitude based on outside-in perspective and strong knowledge of market and customers
• Experience in cross functional project management. Experience in applying agile working methods
• Advanced stakeholder management skill, excellent ability to influence without authority and to collaborate across multiple markets / cultures 
• Experience in critical thinking and ability to create insights from data and strategic recommendations from insights.
• Fluency in English is a must, proficiency in any other languages a great plus
