Legal Manager-CREDIT CARD-Hardship Assistance Unit
- Responsible for managing legal aspects related to credit card hardship assistance. - Oversee and support the Hardship Assistance Unit in handling legal matters. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate legal risks. - Provide expert legal advice and support in credit card related cases. - Manage documentation and legal correspondence related to hardship assistance. - Support dispute resolution and negotiation processes. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. - Work closely with credit and collections teams to ensure lawful practices. - Assist in developing legal strategies to support business objectives.Job role
