Job Description
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of OLA Electric scooters and vehicles.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues using diagnostic tools.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify faults accurately.
- Repair or replace defective components, parts, and accessories.
- Perform battery, motor, controller, and wiring system checks.
- Update service records and job cards accurately in the system.
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and quality checks.
- Ensure all repairs are completed within the prescribed turnaround time (TAT).
- Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures during service activities.
- Coordinate with spare parts teams to ensure timely availability of parts.
- Support roadside assistance and field service activities when required.
- Maintain workshop cleanliness and proper use of tools and equipment.
