What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective customers through calls, product demos, and follow-ups.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right trading and analytics solutions.
• Convert qualified leads into happy, paying customers.
• Build long-term relationships with traders, investors, and finance enthusiasts.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline updates.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to improve customer experience and conversions.

Who We're Looking For

✅ 1–3+ years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Sales Executive, Customer Acquisition, or Fintech Sales.

✅ Strong knowledge of the Stock Market, Trading, Investing, Mutual Funds, or Financial Markets is mandatory.

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

✅ Confident in handling customer conversations and closing sales.

✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow in a high-performance environment.

✅ Comfortable working from our Bangalore office.

Preferred Background

⭐ Experience in Fintech, Stock Broking, Trading Platforms, Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Financial Services, or Capital Markets.

⭐ Experience using CRM tools.

⭐ NISM Certification or active participation in stock market investing is an added advantage.
