Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Academic Career Counsellor to guide students and parents on academic and career opportunities while driving admissions and achieving enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Counsel students and parents on courses, careers, and higher education opportunities.
• Generate, follow up, and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
• Conduct career guidance sessions, seminars, and outreach activities.
• Build relationships with schools, colleges, students, and parents.
• Maintain student records and follow-up reports.
Skills Required
• Excellent communication and counselling skills.
• Strong sales, persuasion, and conversion abilities.
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
