KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensure the fastest response to customer complaints through service franchisees/distributors.

2. In case of key customers or complex problems, a personal visit to solve the problem.

3. Ensure proper support to service franchisees/distributors through technical and commercial aspects.  Ensure proper ROI for service franchisees.

4. Conduct technical trainings for service providers as well as customers.  Do service reviews with service providers as well as customers.

5. Achieve annual maintenance contract (amc) targets.  Also ensure repairs cost during AMC is within budget.

6. Regular feedback on machine/spares performance and quality. Also submission of service MIS in terms of response time, warranty cost and amc business.

7. Ensure strict adherence to all service systems and safety procedures.
