Major Duties :1. Provide analysis and takes ownership throughout the lifecycle of the project from scoping, high level business requirements, detailed business requirements and implementation as required.

2. Utilize available subject matter expertise to perform functional reviews of transformational initiatives and on-going BAU change agendas.

3. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, establish trust within the corresponding business teams; gain enthusiasm within the teams.

4. Provides consulting to stakeholder(s) to identify and understand the issues, drivers, environment or business they support.

5. Carries out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult.

6. As subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level.

7. Operates independently and has in-depth knowledge of business unit, specific area of expertise and strong knowledge in other areas.

8. Strategic in developing, implementing and administering programs within functional areas

9. Role is balanced between high level operational execution and development, and execution of strategic direction of business function activities

10. Responsible for direct interaction with different committees and/or management

11. Provide support for functional and technical queries, ensuring superior client service to the business users.

Knowledge :• Self-starter with advanced analytical and problem solving skills

• Ability to liaise and translate between technical and non-technical departments.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Relevant product knowledge; experienced in consulting, analysis and change management.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with strong functional domain experience

• In-depth knowledge of applications used by our business partners, with functional competencies

Experience :• A College or University degree and relevant proven work experience is required. IIBA Certification is advantageous.

Eligibility for Internal partners

  • 3 years as a Team Leader to move as a Section Manager currently at an Officer level.
  • 24 months as a Consultant to move as a Senior Consultant. Movement within Senior Consultant and Section Manager is applicable if they have prior 36 months of people management experience.
