The Impact of a Principal Product Manager (Navi Connect):

As the Principal Product Manager for Navi Connect (formerly known as the Integration Platform), you are the strategic architect of an agentic integration platform experience. You are responsible for ensuring that Coupa continues to position itself as a leader in the agentic space while ensuring that critical customer integration synergies are met across the suite of Coupa applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical enterprise infrastructure—APIs (REST, GraphQL), Webhooks, Flat file integrations, and iPaaS—and a new generation of agentic integration capabilities including MCP and others. You will communicate with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure the domain's vision is clearly articulated in the market.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Domain Vision: Lead the strategic planning and roadmapping for the complete product life cycle of Navi Connect and the Integration Platform.
  • Define Complex Requirements: Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to specify market requirements for technical enterprise integrations and agentic capabilities.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Work across the organization to ensure the Navi Connect strategy aligns with the wider product ecosystem and business goals.
  • Partner with Engineering: Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and quality engineering to define detailed requirements (stories) and ensure high-quality technical execution.
  • Shape Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Partner with Marketing to crystallize product positioning, business value, and key benefits for target customers.
  • Evangelize the Product: Give polished presentations to stakeholders and customers, acting as the primary advocate for the domain both internally and externally.
  • Assess Market Position: Continually evaluate the competitive landscape to ensure the search and catalog offerings remain industry-leading.
