Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA DB Administration.
- Strong knowledge of database architecture, performance tuning, and backup and recovery strategies within SAP HANA environments.
- Experience in managing database security, user roles, and authorizations to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex database issues and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Familiarity with database monitoring tools and automation scripts to optimize routine administrative tasks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HANA DB Administration.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
