Job description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Delivery Coordinator to manage the complete order fulfillment process, from sales order confirmation through to final product delivery. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams, monitor production progress, and ensure timely dispatch and delivery while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the order lifecycle from Sales Order receipt to successful customer delivery.
• Follow up with the production team to ensure timely manufacturing and order completion.
• Monitor order status and coordinate with relevant departments to avoid delays.
• Plan and track dispatch schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of sales orders, production updates, dispatches, and deliveries.
• Communicate order progress and delivery timelines with internal teams and customers as required.
• Resolve delivery-related issues by coordinating with production, logistics, and sales teams.
• Prepare daily and weekly order status reports for management.
• Ensure adherence to company processes and delivery commitments.

Requirements

• 2–7 years of experience in delivery coordination, order processing, production coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
