Job Description
📢 Hiring: Client Relationship Executive
📍 Location: TATA AIA Life Insurance – Kasba Branch
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle and maintain client relationships.
- Sell life insurance policies.
- Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors/agents.
- Build and develop a strong sales team.
- Guide, motivate, and support agents to achieve business targets.
- Generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Deliver excellent customer service and achieve monthly targets.
Eligibility:
- ✅ Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (HS/12th Pass) onwards.
- ✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- ✅ Sales experience is preferred, but freshers with a positive attitude can also apply.
- ✅ Age: 25 years and above.
