- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges that impact project delivery and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and timelines.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements and best practices.

- Strong experience in software design and development within enterprise resource planning environments.
