Job Description
Recruit Delivery Executives for Swiggy through field visits and local sourcing activities.
Conduct market visits, job campaigns, and referral drives to generate candidate leads.
Screen and interview candidates as per hiring requirements.
Explain job roles, earnings, incentives, and onboarding processes to candidates.
Complete documentation and onboarding formalities.
Create and maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment reports.
Coordinate with Operations and HR teams for smooth joining and activation.
Build relationships with local communities, colleges, and placement agencies for continuous hiring.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets
