Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving advanced financial planning activities through detailed analysis and reporting, which will enable our business units to achieve optimal operations and decision-making excellence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze centralized financial business process-related projects and reports, highlighting operating performance and providing actionable insights.
• Develop, standardize, and automate financial and performance reports using business intelligence tools.
• Support month-end close activities and collaborate with various teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Analyze trends in key performance indicators, including revenue, costs, and expenses, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in the preparation and alignment of annual financial plans, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks.
• Maintain compliance with established finance procedures and ensure robust internal controls are in place.
• Provide timely ad-hoc analysis and respond promptly to information requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience. An advanced degree or certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) are preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles in accounting/finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
