We are currently seeking a Salesforce Senior Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Job Description: Salesforce Senior Analyst
Role Summary
Responsible for supporting, enhancing, and maintaining Salesforce applications, including L2/L3 support, bug fixes, code-level troubleshooting, and minor enhancements to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2 & L3 support for Salesforce applications
Perform code-level troubleshooting (Apex, Triggers, Flows)
Fix bugs, data issues, and system defects
Handle production incidents and RCA
Implement minor enhancements and change requests
Support configurations (workflows, validation rules, reports)
Assist in deployments and release activities
Monitor system performance and resolve issues
Collaborate with developers, admins, and business teams

Required Skills

Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)
Apex, Triggers, Flows
SOQL and data handling
L2/L3 support and debugging

Summary
