📝 Job Overview / नौकरी का विवरण

Responsible for preparing high-quality dosa and medu vada while strictly following SOP as per company standards, ensuring consistency in taste, hygiene, and presentation. कंपनी के SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) के अनुसार उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले डोसा और मेदु वड़ा तैयार करना, स्वाद और साफ-सफाई बनाए रखना।


🎯 Key Responsibilities / मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां

• Prepare dosa varieties and medu vada / डोसा और मेदु वड़ा बनाना

• Follow SOP as per company standards / कंपनी के SOP के अनुसार काम करना

• Maintain taste, quality, and presentation / स्वाद, गुणवत्ता और प्रस्तुति बनाए रखना

• Ensure proper batter fermentation & portion control / बैटर की सही फर्मेंटेशन और मात्रा नियंत्रण

• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards / साफ-सफाई और फूड सेफ्टी का ध्यान रखना

• Coordinate for chutney & sambar preparation / चटनी और सांभर की तैयारी में समन्वय

• Monitor raw material stock / कच्चे माल का स्टॉक देखना


🎓 Eligibility Criteria / पात्रता

• Minimum 1 year experience required / कम से कम 1 साल का अनुभव जरूरी

• Male candidates only / केवल पुरुष उम्मीदवार

• 10th or below can apply / 10वीं या उससे कम भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं
