Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Manager to support our sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining accurate sales records. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), ROI, revenue generated
- Number of qualified leads, Cost per Lead (CPL), lead quality
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), new customers acquired
- Sales attributed to campaigns, pipeline contribution
- Ecom Registration, Pricing, cataloging on ecom Portal
- Audience growth, remarketing performance, customer segmentation effectiveness
