Summary:
As an IT Service Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery and smooth functioning of IT production systems and services. This role requires continuous monitoring and support of infrastructure service management processes to maintain high levels of client satisfaction. The individual ensures that production systems and devices remain operational and accessible, while actively managing any risks that could impact service availability. Collaboration with various teams to address operational challenges and maintain service continuity is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Monitor and maintain the availability and performance of IT production systems and services.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and minimize service disruptions.
- Document and communicate operational procedures and updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in identifying potential risks to service delivery and implement mitigation strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Experience in managing IT service lifecycle processes and operational support.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components and their impact on service delivery.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
