Engineering Manager HVAC

To lead HVAC system design ensuring energy efficiency, sustainability, and compliance with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, and NBC standards while coordinating interdisciplinary design integration.

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Lead HVAC system design including load estimation, duct routing, and equipment sizing. Experience in Data Centre is required. Certification such as UPTIME/ CDCP / TIA most preferred
• Review system layouts, schematics, and controls for accuracy and optimization.
• Coordinate with architecture and structure teams for space planning.
• Conduct design validation and value engineering reviews.
• Support site teams in installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure adherence to design best practices.
