Telecaller Sales Executive – Job DescriptionPosition: Telecaller Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services to customers.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain relationships.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Update CRM and prepare sales reports as required.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales.
• Customer-focused approach.

Qualifications:

• 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
• Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
