Project Role Description : Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves providing comprehensive support throughout the engineering lifecycle to develop effective technical solutions that address complex challenges and meet organizational goals. This role requires engaging with various aspects of engineering, including structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration management, and technical oversight. The practitioner collaborates with multiple teams to ensure that engineering solutions are practical, scientifically sound, and aligned with business needs, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation within the engineering domain.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engineering solutions with project requirements and business objectives.
- Maintain thorough documentation of engineering processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Continuously update technical knowledge and skills to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform APRISO.
- Experience with structural and stress design principles and their application in engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of configuration and technical management within engineering environments.
- Ability to analyze complex engineering problems and develop practical, effective solutions.
- Familiarity with qualification processes and standards relevant to engineering services.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform APRISO.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
