About the Role

Samyak Vistara Ventures Private Limited is looking for energetic and result-oriented ZED Facilitators to support MSMEs in implementing the Zero Defect Zero Effect (ZED) Certification Scheme. The candidate will guide industries through assessment, documentation, compliance, process improvement, and certification activities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with MSMEs for ZED Certification.

Conduct factory visits and awareness sessions.

Assist clients in registration and onboarding on the ZED portal.

Support documentation, data collection, and compliance requirements.

Coordinate with industry owners, quality teams, and certification agencies.

Guide MSMEs on quality improvement, productivity, and sustainability practices.

Track project progress and ensure timely completion.

Prepare reports and maintain client records.

Achieve monthly client acquisition and project completion targets.

Eligibility

Graduate/Diploma/B.Tech/MBA (Any Stream)

Experience in MSME consulting, quality management, manufacturing, or industrial projects preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Knowledge of ZED, ISO, Lean Manufacturing, Quality Systems, or Government Schemes is an advantage.
