💼 Experience: Minimum 6 Months to 2 Years in Recruitment/HR

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and energetic HR Recruiter to join our Immigration company. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment and ensuring timely hiring for various departments.

Key Responsibilities:✅ Posting job vacancies on portals such as Apna, Indeed, Naukri, etc.

✅ Sourcing and screening candidate profiles

✅ Conducting telephonic interviews and scheduling face-to-face interviews

✅ Coordinating with Team Leaders and HODs for hiring requirements

✅ Managing candidate follow-ups and interview feedback

✅ Maintaining recruitment records and databases

✅ Handling onboarding and joining formalities

✅ Ensuring timely closure of open positions

Requirements:✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

✔ Ability to work in a target-oriented environment

✔ Prior recruitment experience preferred

✔ Experience in bulk hiring will be an added advantage
