One of the Top Most Life Insurance Company for Relationship Manager Position in Banca Channel
CTC: 4 LPA
Location:
South & North Goa
Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving life insurance sales through the banca channel by working closely with bank staff and handling walk-in or referred customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate business through bank branches assigned
Build strong relationships with bank staff and customers
Cross-sell life insurance products to existing bank customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support
Conduct joint calls with bank officials for lead conversion
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline
Experience in sales / insurance / banca preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Skills Required:
Sales & negotiation skills
Relationship management
Customer handling ability
Basic knowledge of insurance products
