Job Description – Senior Consultant, Value Creation

Revenue & Growth Value Creation (PE & Corporate Focus)

• Support execution of growth-oriented value creation initiatives focused on revenue enhancement, pricing optimization, and commercial excellence
• Evaluate revenue growth levers and quantify their potential impact on revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow

Cost & Operational Value Creation (PE & Corporate Focus)

• Execute workstreams across value creation, operational improvement, and transformation engagements for PE portfolio companies and corporates
• Support Operational Due Diligence (ODD) and performance assessment engagements by analyzing cost structures, operational performance, and margin drivers
• Identify and quantify value creation opportunities across procurement, SG&A, operations, productivity, pricing, and working capital
• Support synergy assessments, synergy tracking, carve-out planning, and integration activities
• Support development of 100-day plans, turnaround initiatives, and transformation roadmaps
• Analyze working capital, capex, and cash flow performance to identify optimization opportunities

Financial & Operational Analysis

• Develop and maintain financial models, business cases, and value creation assessment tools
• Perform benchmarking, profitability analysis, cost diagnostics, and operational performance assessments
• Conduct data analysis and synthesize findings into actionable insights and recommendations
• Support development of management presentations, client deliverables, and executive-level recommendations
• Perform industry research, market analysis, and peer benchmarking

Project Execution & Stakeholder Management

• Manage day-to-day execution of assigned workstreams and deliverables
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, onshore stakeholders, and client teams
• Support hypothesis development, analysis planning, and storyline creation
• Prepare high-quality, client-ready presentations, reports, and analytical outputs
• Ensure timely delivery and adherence to engagement quality standards
• Contribute to development of value creation methodologies, playbooks, and reusable assets
• Support knowledge management and best-practice sharing initiatives
• Participate in capability-building activities across the Value Creation team

Key Requirements

• Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance), Engineering + MBA, or equivalent preferred
• Experience: ~6–9 years in Transaction Advisory, Value Creation, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or Performance Improvement
• Strong exposure to ODD, value creation, performance improvement, transformation, or transaction support engagements
• Advanced proficiency in PowerBI, Excel and PowerPoint with strong analytical capabilities
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
