Job Description
Administrative Duties
Manage front desk operations (appointments, patient coordination, billing support)
Maintain patient records and clinic documentation
Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and lab services
Manage inventory (medicines, medical supplies, office supplies)
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and clinic maintenance
Handle vendor coordination and basic accounting support
Human Resource Duties
Assist in hiring clinic staff (receptionist, nurses, assistants)
Maintain employee records and attendance
Prepare duty schedules and shift management
Support onboarding and basic training of new staff
Handle leave tracking, and staff coordination
Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment
