Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee our upcoming corporate initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for mapping out project scopes, managing resource allocation, tracking timelines, and collaborating across diverse teams. Your primary goal is to ensure all deliverables meet our rigorous quality standards while staying strictly within financial and scheduling constraints.

Day to Day job Duties:

• Project Planning: Define project scope, establish clear goals, and outline realistic milestones.
• Resource Allocation: Assign individual tasks to internal team members and manage external vendors.
• Budget Supervision: Forecast project costs, monitor expenditures, and prevent financial variances.
• Timeline Management: Develop complete work schedules and enforce strict adherence to deadlines.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify bottleneck risks and deploy contingency plans swiftly.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Deliver progress updates and metrics to executive leadership through clear presentations.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect final deliverables to verify compliance with initial client specifications.
• Process Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records, blueprints, and performance reports via software.

Basic Qualifications:

• Tool Proficiency: Masterful navigation of project systems like Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project. (5+ years’ experience)
• Soft Skills: Advanced verbal communication, active listening, and conflict resolution capabilities.
• Methodologies: Practical expertise navigating Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall framework environments. (10+ years’ experience)

Nice to have:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related specialized field.
• Certifications: Active PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 credentials.
