Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance overall team efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through complex issues.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and issue resolution.
- Continuously evaluate and implement best practices to support evolving business needs.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong understanding of network architecture, protocols, and security principles.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex network-related issues.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and diagnostic utilities.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement network solutions.
