As a Marketing Engagement professional, a typical day involves overseeing digital marketing initiatives from conception through execution, ensuring seamless management of campaign operations. This role requires continuous monitoring of interaction data and market trends to inform strategic decisions. The position demands coordination across various teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, fostering a dynamic environment where insights are translated into impactful marketing actions that drive measurable results.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies to enhance engagement and brand presence.
- Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing within the team to promote continuous improvement.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure AI foundry.
- Strong capability in leveraging cloud-based artificial intelligence tools to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Experience in analyzing large datasets to extract actionable insights for campaign refinement.
- Familiarity with integrating AI-driven solutions into digital marketing workflows.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology-driven marketing initiatives.
- Skilled in monitoring and evaluating campaign performance using advanced analytics.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure AI foundry.
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
