Graduation in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. • 5+ years of overall experience with strong exposure to testing RPA solutions and automation-driven workflows. • Hands-on experience with RPA tools and testing of bot logic, exception handling, and process outcomes. • Strong knowledge of automation testing concepts including test design, defect lifecycle, and regression strategy. • Working proficiency with at least one RPA platform such as UI Path, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate. • Experience using GitHub for version control, collaboration, and release traceability. Good to have skills: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate,CI/CD (Jenkins/Azure DevOps), SQL, API Testing (Postman), GenAI, Github co pilot Location: BANGALORE, PUNE, HYDERABAD, CHENNAI,TVM, INDORE, NAGPUR, MLR, MYS, NOIDA, BBSR, KOLKATA, COIMBATORE, HUBLI • Define and execute end-to-end test strategies for RPA solutions across design, build, deployment, and post-release validation. • Create detailed test plans, test cases, and traceability aligned to business processes, bot workflows, and control requirements. • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT support testing for bots built on leading RPA tools. • Validate bot stability across environments, schedules, queues, credentials, exception handling, and recovery scenarios. • Automate test execution where applicable using modern automation testing approaches and frameworks. • Collaborate with RPA developers to triage defects, perform root-cause analysis, and drive fixes to closure with clear evidence. • Ensure version control discipline and review changes using GitHub workflows to support controlled releases. • Support CI/CD-aligned testing practices by integrating test assets, results, and quality gates into delivery pipelines. • Produce clear test reports, quality metrics, and release readiness recommendations for stakeholders. • Mentor junior testers/consultants and contribute to reusable test accelerators, templates, and best practices.
