Job Description
Guest Engagement & Service Delivery
- Welcome & Farewell: Greet arriving patrons warmly, manage the reception desk, escort guests to tables/rooms, and offer professional farewells.
- VIP Coordination: Act as the primary handler for high-profile clients, corporate regulars, and VIP guests by managing pre-arrival requests.
- Upselling Services: Promote hotel amenities, special restaurant menu pairings, upcoming events, and property packages to drive higher revenue.
Front-of-House Operations
- Reservation Management: Log and oversee dining reservations, room allocations, guest check-ins, and large group banquets.
- Inquiry Handling: Answer phones, field emails, and provide accurate timelines, menu knowledge, and area recommendations.
- Shift Handovers: Maintain the daily digital logbook, reporting occupancy metrics and outstanding guest issues to the next shift.
Feedback & Service Recovery
- Collect Feedback: Actively seek verbal or digital reviews regarding food quality, service speed, and stay comfort.
- Complaint Resolution: Manage billing disputes, food issues, or booking errors politely and perform immediate first-hand service recovery.
