Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architectural designs with business objectives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to improve system performance and scalability.
- Document architectural decisions and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on architectural best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Strong understanding of system design principles and architectural frameworks.
- Experience in defining scalable and high-performance technology solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architecture.
- Familiarity with integration strategies and middleware technologies relevant to laboratory systems.
- Skilled in evaluating and selecting appropriate technology stacks to meet project demands.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
