Job Description

Lead Generation: Conduct door-to-door marketing, cold calling, and local area mapping in residential complexes, housing societies (RWAs), and corporate hubs. [1, 2]

Customer Consultation: Pitch and explain broadband plans, router benefits, OTT bundles, and installation procedures to prospective buyers. [1, 2]

Onboarding & KYC: Process customer applications, collect necessary documents, and coordinate with backend teams for timely activation. [1, 2]

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales/revenue targets. [1, 2]

Reporting: Regularly update lead statuses, attendance, and market feedback in the internal Airtel mobile application
