Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, explaining products/services, and maintaining healthy customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle inbound customer queries professionally.
• Explain company products and services clearly.
• Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
• Convince customers and close sales opportunities.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer handling.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.

Experience:0–2 years (Telecalling / Sales experience preferred)
