Job Description

  • Food Preparation: Cook authentic South Indian breakfast, lunch, and dinner using traditional techniques.
  • Quality Control: Taste and inspect food to ensure consistent flavor, texture, and presentation.
  • Menu Development: Innovate new dishes while preserving authentic regional flavor profiles.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise, train, and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate fresh ingredient procurement.
  • Hygiene & Safety: Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
