Responsibilities:  

We are seeking talented and passionate individuals with expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to join our team as Associates. This is a full-time, onsite role, offering an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to innovative solutions. ---  

## Key Responsibilities  

- Develop, implement, and optimize AI/ML algorithms and models to address complex business challenges.  

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing systems or new applications.  

- Monitor model performance and fine-tune algorithms to ensure optimal efficiency and accuracy. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them to enhance solutions.  

- Document processes, models, and findings to ensure knowledge sharing and reproducibility. --- 

 ## Experience & Qualifications  

 **Experience:** 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development and implementation. –  

**Education:**  

While specific educational qualifications are not mandatory, a strong foundation in AI/ML principles and relevant certifications will be advantageous. 

 - Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java. 

 - Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.  

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. --- 

 ## Preferred Sector Expertise - While no specific sector expertise is required, prior experience in applying AI/ML technologies across various industries will be considered a plus. ---
